Marceline Bongkishiy graduated with an MSc. in Public Health from the Umea international school of public health in Sweden in 2007. She is the founder and coordinator of Health Improvement Initiative (HIIT, www.hiit-mb.org). Her interest in disease prevention and her personal fight with iron deficiency (anemia) have motivated her to carry out various awareness and sensitization projects in Africa through HIIT. Through her initiative, Marceline also assists medical facilities of local communities in Africa with basic medical materials such as stethoscopes, blood pressure machines and iron supplements, among others, annually. Her love for humanity and a dream come true is her passion for impacting the lives of others.
Alongside the projects, she works part-time as a facilitator for refugee integration in Rastatt- Germany where she resides. Marceline is always looking for opportunities from sponsors to provide valuable support and to help extend her reach.
