Khadra Ali is Program Manager of HargaBits Academy, a digital design school for underprivileged youth in Hargeisa, Somaliland. She is the founder of Digital Hargeisa, a social innovation hub that strives to solve social problems through entrepreneurship while promoting technology and social justice. The co-founder and former Executive Director of Gashanti Unity, a young women’s group, dedicated to empowering young Somali women. She is also a wisdom council member of Schools without Borders, where she visited learning communities around the world to explore the future of learning and education. Khadra is passionate about youth and women to develop their leadership. She is also deeply committed to creating enabling environments for people, ideas and justice to thrive.
