    Marie-Noelle Elissac-Foy, known for her professionalism and strong sense of work ethics, is a Public Relations Strategist running her own consultancy firm, The Talent Factory. She has long been involved in the media and communication fields as Chief Editor, where she spearheaded the concept and design of the first women’s magazine, Essentielle. She crafts public relations strategies for small business owners, professional organisations and networks.

    Speaker 3:

    Rita Heeralall
    Director, Body Sense Ltd

    Rita studied Pharmacy at Aberdeen University in Scotland after which she worked as a pharmacist in London for many years.

    In my spare time, she went to the London College of Fashion where she studied Beauty Therapy, Hairdressing, Make up, Nails and Massage.

    Rita also worked in prestigious salons suchas Harrods,Harvey Nichols and Selfridges .

    Back to Mauritius, she started her beauty business 25 years ago and I’m still operating a successful business and am proud to be a pioneer in modern salon techniques in Mauritius.

    She is particularly well known for my anti ageing facials which defy cosmetic surgery but also as a trusted hair and makeup artist. She has looked after countless Brides during her career .

    She goes for further training every year in order to be up to date with latest techniques which then help her to train local therapists in advanced techniques.

    Rita is passionate about her job and doesn’t feel like she is working.

    Her plans for the future are quite simple :Innovate and further perfect customer experience in her business and also help others achieve excellence in their own beauty business.

    Namita Jagarnath Hardowar
    Co-Founder and Managing Director of Institutional Expert Services (IES)

    Namita Jagarnath Hardowar is an experienced Senior Consultant and Leader in the field of Strategic Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Executive Leadership Development and Organisational Change. She has over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, including the financial services, training, retail, manufacturing, and airline sectors.
    She started her career with Air Mauritius in 1985 and has over the years, worked for Ciel Group, CMH Continent Ltd, IVTB and the Financial Services Commission – where she was the Head of HR. She has served as part time Lecturer at the University of Mauritius, lecturing MBA students in Strategic HRM.
    Her HR journey and contribution were recognized at the national level when she was awarded the prestigious HRDC – HR Excellence in HR Leadership Award in October 2013.
    Namita is now the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Institutional Expert Services (IES), a Consulting and Capacity Building company, which specializes in organizational transformation, executive leadership development, HR and training solutions, OD interventions and Performance Management and Development Systems, amongst others.
    Very passionate about women empowerment, she is the Vice President of the Association Mauricienne des Femmes Chefs d’Entreprise (AMFCE). She is a Board Member of Women In Networking (WIN) and a core member of the WIN Leadership Training team. She is also a member of Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIOD).
    Namita is the holder of a BSc (Hons) in Management and an MSc in Human Resources (Distinction) from the University of Mauritius. She also holds a Certificate in Public Sector Reforms from the University of Wellington, New Zealand.
